In its standard version PR2 is intended for examination in knee-chest position. As an option it can also be equipped with leg holders and fixing clamps. PR2 has a fixed height and is provided with a footstep, as Model PR2e it has an electric motor to adjust its height, in which case no foot step is required as it can be lowered for the patient to get onto the seat. Standard accessories include the recto-roller with fixing clamps, a stainless steel basin, OP-rails on the seat part and a paper holder. .
